These terms describe use of the West Construction Group website, inquiry forms, and optional text-message programs. They do not replace a written estimate, construction agreement, warranty, or other project-specific contract.
Website information and project inquiries
Our website provides general information about remodeling services. Submitting a form or requesting an estimate does not create a construction contract, reserve a project date, or obligate you to purchase services. Project scope, price, schedule, payment terms, permits, warranties, and other project conditions must be agreed separately in the applicable written project documents.
Photos identified as representative or inspirational illustrate design possibilities and are not necessarily photographs of work completed by West Construction Group. Results and availability depend on the individual project. Website information may change; contact us to confirm current details.
Appropriate use
Provide accurate information and contact details you are authorized to use. Do not use the website to submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive material; impersonate another person; send spam; or interfere with the website or its security. Do not submit sensitive payment or identity information through the general inquiry form.
Contact and response times
We use the contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss requested services. Brent's call hours are Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. Response times are estimates and may vary. This website and its forms are not emergency-response services.
Optional SMS messaging programs
West Construction Group offers separate opt-in choices for:
- Non-marketing messages about projects, estimates, scheduling, and related customer service.
- Marketing and promotional messages, such as offers, discounts, and service updates.
Check only the optional boxes for the messages you want. You may submit an inquiry or purchase services without consenting to optional texts. By opting into a text program, you confirm that you are authorized to use the supplied phone number and agree to receive messages for the selected purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the text program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To rejoin, provide a new opt-in through the website form or contact us for assistance. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of mobile numbers and consent information is described in our Privacy Policy.
